I’m a certified health coach, graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a long-time sufferer of hormonal imbalances.
I help busy women balance their hormones, lose weight, sleep better and increase their energy so they can feel their best again.
I created this program because I was once in your shoes. In 2016, I burned out from years of being super busy all of the time, like most women nowadays. I was running my own business as a corporate event planner, traveling non-stop for work, dealing with family & relationship issues and trying to keep up with working out, eating healthy and maintaining my friendships.
I felt fatigued, moody, anxiety-ridden, I couldn’t sleep, my hair was thinning, my stomach was always bloated even when I was “dieting” and my PMS was OUT OF CONTROL.
I kept on focusing on working out and losing weight but that didn’t make me feel any better. If I did lose weight from whatever fad diet I was on, it would come right back after I was done dieting.
I finally decided to take my health into my own hands and went back to school to become a certified holistic health coach. While in school, I learned that hormonal imbalances are the root cause of so many health issues that I had experienced, so I decided to go back to school again to take a course specifically on hormones.
While I was taking my hormone health courses, I implemented everything I learned on myself. My anxiety went away, I felt less stressed, my hair started growing back, I lost weight, I was sleeping through the night and my PMS was significantly better. I even got pregnant naturally at 39 years old! Just because I focused on my hormone health!

"I’ve struggled with my weight the better part of my adult life. Actually, who am I kidding, I’ve struggled for as long as I can remember.
I’ve tried everything; weight watchers, ketos, counting calories, the master cleanse, personal trainers, gym day every day. Everything works for a minute, but nothing is sustainable, nothing feels like a lifestyle change.
